Restorative practice is about building and mending relationships between people experiencing conflicts in schools, workplaces, communities and as a result of crime. Many sorts of practitioners and organisations work in the field and need a go-to place for resources, support, accreditation and more.
We needed to:
• organise large resource libraries
• list multiple service and practitioner directories
• manage complex membership registration and payment
• host bookable events

all synchronised between the website and the CRM.
Clearly categorised and filtered resources
The extensive bank of resources is listed chronologically and includes a simple keyword search function and pre-configured filters based on media, type, author and themes. Resources are marked as Open or Member Only and included prompts to log in or become a member for access.
Filtered directories
An extensive selection of directories are available on the site allowing the listing of Practitioners, Trainers, Service Providers and Police Commissioners. Directories are clearly marked and filtered by practice area and region.
CiviCRM membership integration
We created a page to graphically showcase the diverse membership types. The page is designed to promote and drive membership sign-ups, sending users to the onsite CiviCRM membership registration form.
Easy to share content
We distinguished Blog, News and Events to cater for distinct user journeys and integrated Disqus and Add This apps to allow comments and sharing. Tags can be added in an ad hoc fashion to support the exploration of related items.
